In size, the three-wheel concept took many of the desirable attributes of a larger four-wheeled car and combined them with the agility and compact structure of a motorcycle.

In comfort, the three-wheel design offered physical stability and protection from the elements, which appealed to a wide range of users.

Most importantly, often classified as a motorcycle, three-wheeled vehicles proved to be very economical. In time, they became very stylish.
